心情不好或是有壓力的時候,食物的選擇上很適合選擇帶有辛香香料的料理,咖哩匠的咖哩就很適合在鬱悶心情中食用,誠記也有咖哩河粉、越式魚酸湯等料理或者可飲用薰衣草舒眠茶
也就是,我最近心情的確壓力大
